Orders
How can I track my order?
Sign in to your account and view the status and tracking number on the My Orders page.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel from "My Orders" as long as the order has not yet shipped. After shipment, cancellations follow the return procedure.
Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Troy), debit cards, and bank transfer/EFT. All card transactions are protected by 3D Secure.
Are installments available?
Installments from 2 to 12 months are offered on partner banks' credit cards. Details appear at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
1-2 business days within Istanbul, 2-4 business days across Türkiye. See Shipping Information.
Is shipping free?
Free shipping on orders 250 TRY and above.
Returns & Exchanges
How many days do I have to return a product?
