Distance Sales Contract
Distance sales contract terms for purchases made through Kitapdoku.
1. Parties
SELLER: Kitapdoku Publishing & Trade Inc., Maslak, Istanbul.
BUYER: The person identified by the name, surname, and address information provided in the order form.
2. Subject
The subject of this agreement concerns the sale and delivery of products that the BUYER orders electronically from the SELLER's kitapdoku.com website, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Sales Regulation.
3. Subject Product
The type, kind, quantity, sale price, and payment method of the products are communicated to the BUYER at the time of order confirmation.
4. General Provisions
- The BUYER declares that they have read and understood the basic features, sale price, payment method, and all preliminary information regarding delivery, and have provided the necessary electronic confirmation.
- The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product intact, complete, and in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order.
- The delivery period is 30 days from the order date.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The BUYER has the right to withdraw within 14 days from the delivery of the product. To exercise this right, the BUYER must notify the SELLER in writing within this period.
6. Competent Court
For the application of this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the BUYER's or SELLER's place of residence are competent up to the value announced by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
