Returns & Refunds

Right of Withdrawal

Under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Sales Regulation, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date you receive the goods, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

Return Conditions

• The product must be unopened, unused, and undamaged.
• It must be returned together with the invoice.
• Digital goods (e-books, codes, etc.) cannot be returned once activated.

Return Process

1. Open the relevant order on the My Orders page.
2. Click "Create Return Request".
3. Ship via our partner courier (code: KITAPDOKU) free of charge.
4. Refund is processed within 14 business days after the product reaches our warehouse.

Refunds

Refunds are issued via the original payment method (credit card, debit card, etc.). Bank-side reflection times may vary between 1-10 business days.
