Shipping & Delivery
Your orders are handed over to our partner courier within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
Delivery Time
- Within Istanbul: 1-2 business days
- Across Türkiye: 2-4 business days
- No shipments on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Fee
- Free shipping on orders 250 TRY and above.
- For orders below 250 TRY, the shipping fee is shown at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification. You can find your tracking number on the My Orders page.
Damaged Delivery
If the package is damaged on arrival, please obtain a damage report from the courier and contact us within 24 hours.
