- Establishment, exercise, or protection of a right (Article 5/2-e)
- Electronic marketing messages, with explicit consent
4. Transfer
Your personal data may be transferred to business partners (courier, payment), competent public authorities, and technology service providers within the framework of Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.
5. Method of Collection and Legal Basis
Your personal data is collected via the website, mobile application, call center, email, and social media channels, on the legal basis of contract performance and legal obligations.
6. Rights of the Data Subject
Under Article 11, you have the rights to learn whether your data is processed, to learn the purpose and proper use, to request correction, deletion, or destruction if processed incompletely or incorrectly.
